Sexy Yoga for Women

The Sexy Yoga Goddess Program is a 7-week course designed exclusively for women both single and in relationships, which are seeking to increase their confidence with the opposite sex and eliminate insecurities in the bedroom.
Women in the Sexy Yoga Goddess Program can expect to meet once a week for 1 1/2 hrs during which they will be led through a series of yoga poses specifically designed to increase personal body awareness, while training the mind to remain in the present moment and reduce any anxieties about connecting with the opposite sex. This practice will also be paired with positive affirmations to increase confidence, journaling to explore your inner sexy goddess, and mirror exercises to enhance one’s personal perception.

Participants will also be taught “The Basics”, including everything from how to carry yourself confidently, effective eye contact and body language, how to change the tone of your voice to be more appealing, how to get and keep the attention of the opposite sex, how to communicate your sexual desires and proper hygiene and self-care.

Women who complete this program will find they have created a sophisticated sexual magnetism making them excited again about connecting in and out of the bedroom!
