Sexy Yoga for Couples



Designed for all levels, the Couples Sexy Yoga incorporates a series of yoga poses performed both individually and together with the ultimate goal of creating increased connection, trust, and intimacy. Couples can expect to complete a practice lasting one hour, which includes breathing techniques to redirect sexual energy combined with kegel exercises to strengthen the PC muscles and boost sex drive, followed by a vinyasa flow yoga practice and partner yoga sequence. The class comes to a close with a couple’s tantra guided meditation to help promote loving energy that gives emotional and physical healing.
